C-town

Yesterday - as I mentioned before - my best friend came into town. So good to have her here. Today we ventured out to an unknown area of this great city to me up until now - Chinatown! Yes I know, hard to believe,  that we've lived here for over a year and I'm just now getting to the mecca of bargains in the City. . . Rach got some great deals too, so proud of her bargaining tactics! We got some lunch @ whole foods, and then of course had to stop by Crumbs Bakery in Union Square before making our way home. It was a great day and Miss Kaia did SO well - she wouldn't take a nap, I guess she didn't want to miss any of the fun we were having. What trooper she is!

We made a delicious dinner of past, shrimp, tomatoes, olives, and feta cheese - it would have been better w/ a nice glass of white wine, I guess that'll just have to wait till a few more months. This little girl inside must have really enjoyed the dinner as well - shes moving all over the place!
