I just finished 'Redeeming Love' By Francine Rivers. This wasn't the first book of hers I've read - its the fourth actually - but its the one I've heard the most about, and the one that I think shes known for. So here goes, my book review. . .
Its a story of a women, Sarah, who's been abused and used her whole life - starting at the tender age of 8. She is sold into prostitution, and after 12 years is found by a man who wants to make her life better. A Godly man looking for a wife and finds her in the most unusual of places - a brothel.
Enters Michale Hosea.
The man to make all her dreams come true. He rescues her in an unlikely way, and cares for her, only to have her run back to the only life shes knows - abuse and heart ache. . .
Of course there's so much more to this story, but I don't want to ruin it for you! Pick a copy up and read it for your self. Trust me, you'll have it read and finished before you realize you even started it.
