I had posted this back in June of last year of the court ruling for churches to not be able to meet in public schools in NYC, here is that post. I wanted to share a little about what I know. Being as we don't live in The City anymore it doesn't affect us directly. However I am still very connected to our friend there, and have heard about this struggle they are dealing with.
Why would they be meeting in schools in the first place you may ask? Because real estate in NYC and the metro area is Very expensive. Renting out schools is cheap - no its not free - and accessible, as schools don't meet on Sunday mornings.

As it would be this court ruling was passed and the supreme court voted not to hear it. As of February first all churches meeting in school will have to find other meeting locations.
I know that God knows whats going on. He sees whats happeneing, and knew what kind of situation these churches were going to be in.
Would you be in prayer with me for these churches in the NYC area. That they would find an area/apace that will fit their needs, and their budgets. That they might be at peace and not give up!
What do you do when things look like they are impossible? How do you over come what looks to be the 'end'? I'd love to hear
