I'm sure you love Mondays. I hate most mornings, sometimes Mondays bring with it rough times more than others, but this morning was a sweet one.
Both girls were in our bed, and Kaia so sweetly asked Olivia if she wanted to play patty-cake. I saw this going two ways
1) Olivia pushing Kaia and screaming 'no'!
or
2) gladly accepting Kaias invitation and playing along.
She accepted - it was so sweet. They played patty-cake, and if your happy and you know it, and tickled each other. . . I enjoyed a last few Zzzz peacefully.
Have I mentioned I'm a bit of a sloth when it comes to getting up? I'd much rather sleep and sleep and sleep. Oh what a sweet day that will be when it comes! However, I'm sure I'll just be wishing at that time for more sweet mornings like this one. I'd just like to say that they were back to their normal sisterly ways, and Olivia was up set by something few minuets latter

Happy Monday! Hope you have a wonderful day and get to enjoy sweet moments where ever you can - I know, and I'm sure you do too, this time goes by so fast.

Back from Nigeria and just wanted to stop by and say Happy New Year! I've been catching up on your posts. Looks like the girls had a great Christmas (they get cuter and cuter!) and how awesome to have such a large family. That looks like fun and reminds me of memories of growing up in Ohio with all my extended family. NYC can be so isolating ya know? Also thanks for posting the link to best books of 2011 below. I'll definitely check that out. I was able to read a lot while we were gone something I haven't done in a LONG time!
