So we moved in last weekend - and minus trying to find my way out of a few more boxes we are feeling very at home in this house! The biggest problems have been getting our box springs upstairs - latter post to follow on that - and trying to get cable/satellite put in. Direct tv was a fail supposedly because there is a tree branch in the way - really?! - so we are gona try Dish, we'll see.
Other than these little things, we have found homes for most of our things, and added some very nice curtains and rods, and the girls are sleeping well. Its great to be in our own space, and have a home to call our own.
I just wanted to say a big thank you to my hubby Mark and his dad, Rick, for all the work and time they poured in to this to make it our own. We missed seeing them and spending time with them over this last month, but now we can look forward to spending time together as a family again in our new place!
As a little tease I'll leave you with these pictures - more to come once boxes are emptied and more is put away.
