This year with our oldest in school she had a Halloween party and all her friends, and teachers in her class dressed up. It was precious! Her 'I love her very much and she is very special to me' teacher was a very cute cupcake, they did a fun and cheery Halloween party. There were a few cobwebs and some spiders, but that I think that was the scariest of it. Our oldest had a blast and was so exited to wear her costume for the whole day. Her little sister got in on the action as well.

That evening we headed out in our new little neighborhood. Its great having a community of our own. They had been so excited to try out their 'Trick or Treat' voices before we left, but then realized that they would have to say it to someone else - there was a little stage fright. We had a great time, we teamed up with our neighbors down the street, we enjoy developing that relationship. The girls had a blast and when we got home we had a few visitors to our door - only problem was I had forgotten to get some treats to pass out, and our very selfless girls let us use their candy they had just received to give away. That was the best treat for me - hearing our oldest say 'you can use my candy daddy' = priceless!
Hope you had a wonderful and enjoyable time as well - Happy 1st of November!
