Whats For Dinner

This is the most frustrating question of all time. It's a question that is asked every day, sometimes all day. Even if I have planned ahead, gotten a list together, stayed organizing . . . The question is Always being asked! Funny, hu? I enjoy cooking for my family, I enjoy trying new dishes, and coming up with new ones of my own - haven't I mentioned before some of my favorite shows are on Food Network, and Top Chef?!

I made this delish dish - isn't that cute, I made a little rhyme - last night. It was a spin off veggie lasagna, but instead of using ground beef I used ground turkey, and instead of noodles I used sliced zucchini. I wasn't real sure how it was going to turn out - everything smelled wonderful, but you never really know till you taste it. I got the recipe off Pinterest  <you can get it here> where I get most of my new dish ideas - and we Loved it!

{what was left over after eating left overs!}

I have a friend April with whom I talk with almost every day, sometimes several times a day - thanks to HeyTell we can chit chat all day long! - and we are always asking each other this question. It's fun to hear whats she's doing, we pass ideas back and forth - only down side to this great friendship is that we love a couple 1000 miles away from each other, thus never really being able to trying anything the other is 'fixin for dinner'.

So with the most popular question of all time - no matter who you are - what's for dinner? How do you keep things organized - are you a meal planner a week in advanced, or a day by day kind of thinker - however you do it, I'd love to hear from you. Best dish you've made, or where did you get the inspiration/recipe for a recent win - I'd love to add to my colection!

Bon Appetit!
