I have to blog about this! I'm really blown away @ how my little tweets really matter! I don't have that many followers on twitter, maybe 28 or so, and I follow I think more celebs than people I know. But today I've come to the conclusion that that doesn't matter.
We went to the park this morning - I'm still trying to figure out why we went it was SO HOT! - and when we got home there was a tag on the door saying that Fedex had missed us. I was so disappointed I really wanted to get the new stroller put together and see it and maybe even use it this evening. Oh well, they'll be here again tomorrow. . . So, I tweeted that I was sad I missed the Fedex guy and wasn't going to be leaving the apt tomorrow until it came. With in a matter of less than an hr, I had a reply to my tweet from the Fedex people! I'm not kidding. I first thought it was a spam thing, but no, it was someone from CS. She was so helpful and even though the driver w/ the stroller wasn't in our area anymore, it was so nice of her to help me and look into it. It wasn't really a huge deal, I know they are coming back tomorrow, but I was very pleasantly surprised @ how well they did @ looking into, and all from a silly 'ol tweet that I thought no one would care - Ha, was I wrong! The power of social networking is amazing!
Thank you Fedex for your help!
