I'm not one to ask for anything - I'm not one to ask for help. I like to think that people just know and offer the things I need before I ask. I don't like to be an inconvenience so I just don't ask.
Today I asked for help - in an indirect way : ) Through twitter!
I asked for a ride to church this morning - its an ugly day and raining - and I received!
Just on a personal level, I feel like this was a huge step for me, to ask for something I needed and accept it, very gratefully.
I know that what other choose to do for me, when I ask, is on them, but I always feel like its a huge thing, and more of a hassle for them. When I ask for a ride now, its for 3 of us! Not just me, and Olivia doesn't always love the car.
So, here's to self improvement, and feeling ok about asking : )
