It still makes me laugh the things that come out of Kaia's mouth - shes 2 1/2. Last night as I put her to bed, and we were saying her prayers,
I said 'thank you Jesus for our friends . . .'
She says 'Adian, and Thomas - thomas the train is to whom shes referring -, and juice!'
It makes me laugh every time! The simple things, the things she loves, and the people she knows are always in her prayers.

Today I start my Virtual Community Group, with L&LI! - I'll be posting about my experience later : ) - I'm so excited and can't wait to meet and chat w/ some other ladies form all over the country who are in the same role as I am - a pastors wife. I know that I'm going to learn a lot - I have a lot to learn!
From this group though, I want to be able to grow my own community, and relationship w/ the ladies on staff here. I've longed for this type of community sense we moved here, one of encouragement and relationship between the pastors wives. But starting something new can be hard, and I'm fearful of being rejected - this idea of community and relationship b/t us being rejected. Maybe through this VCG I can build up some courage and keep going w/ this idea. And who knows, maybe it'll turn into something wonderful!
Community, and Relationship - isn't that what life is all about?
