Vacay

This week we've taken a little vacation away from the city and everything there. We've come to Buffalo, to visit w/ Marks family and enjoy some more snow - yuck. Its nice to be away and together as a family. Yesterday we went to the Strong National Museum of Play in Rochester. It was amazing! Kaia loved it, and Olivia did real well too. Their cousins came along to show Kaia all around, and take her - literally - by the hand. It was precious, and sad to see that our little girl is growing up and such a 'big girl' now. What happened?!

Mark, Olivia and I also had the chance to stop by and see two of Marks old basketball coaches from high school, who now coach @ UB. I Love seeing that, reunion of Mark w/ people from his past. Its like a little window into his life from before me. We got to sit and chat w/ them for a bit. We watched an old game that coach had on a CD and talked about what we were up to these days.

After a nice meeting we were said good bye and headed off to one of Marks aunts and had dinner. I  miss that part of living near family - getting together for meals, and enjoying each other company. Over all day 1 of our visit was nice and enjoyable. Today I hope to have Olivia nap a little more, in a bad, and enjoy some more time together.

Bonus! Mark and I are going out to dinner just the two of us! Oh yes please! Now, to not talk about the girls the whole time : )
