What a nice time it was! There were no bbqs to attend, no beach to relax on, or enjoy, and nothing too exciting to speak of. But time spent w/ my hubby, and two girls was good enough. We hit up the park not once but twice, and of course Kaia enjoyed playing in the water both times.
We stopped by Baskin Robbins and enjoyed a few scoops, and I fixed up some cheese burgers on the Forman Grill - it was better than no burgers! As much and I enjoy doing things w/ others, and celebrating a holiday it was very relaxing and nice to be w/ just our family. We didn't have to be anywhere, or take anything, and we didn't have to 'get home'. Over all it was a nice day. What about you, what did you do? Do you have any Memorial day traditions?
