House Hunters - Part 5: Signing

It came - our day of closing! We Finally did it, we got the chance and sign our life way and walk out of the Erie County Clerk with large pile of papers. I'm supper excited to get this project going and start making this new little house our home! A big Thank You to our amazing Realtor - Ann Kwitchoff, with Cipriano Inc Realtors - we are so glad to have you be apart of this with us!

There is much to be done - some cosmetic things - and Mark is already started. Now I can really start to pick out paint colors and decide on some things. The feeling of having things final is a huge relief.

Make sure to keep reading - there will be plenty of updates to share : )

I'd love to hear about some of your favorite parts to your home - and what have you done to make it feel like a home?

  2. This is very exciting! I was thinking about you and wondering if there had been any updates so I'm happy to hear everything is moving along nicely. I would love to own someday but DH is sadly, against it, so for now making the most of rentals. For now I'm trying to focus on getting my office up to speed since it's my own personal space. So thankful for that! (And for Pinterest for inspiration!)

    1. Renting does have some great perks - you can always call the land lord to fix problems, all the joys of having your own space, but no responsibility : ) What a great project, your office space! Thats great, can't wait to see what you do w/ it! What would we do w/o Pinterest?! hehe
