I'm 22week today, and I'm amazed @ how fast that time goes by. I keep thinking - I know I've said this before - that I have 9mo to think about this new baby, and process whats going to happen, and whats to come. No! I don't have 9+mo to think about, prepare, get ready for, or imagine what life's going to be like in just a few short months.
Wow, how time flies!
Kaia is getting so big, and over the last few months shes really become a little girl more than staying a baby girl. Where did the time go? I feel like the holidays came, and then all of a sudden I woke up and got her out of the crib and she was a little girl, not the baby I had put to sleep the night before. . . . Shes eating w/ a fork and spoon - ok, so I put the food on it, and she eats it off the fork, thats eating w/ a fork in my book! - shes telling you what she wants, and makes sure I know what shes doesn't want. She gives the best hugs and kisses, and talks to everyone on the train/store/elevator/street where ever we might be going to or coming from - shes not a shy one! Just like her momma.

I hope these are good indications of whats to come as her role in being big sister. She loves her baby dolls, rocking them in her arms. It might be a while before she really does that w/ her new sister, but she gets the idea. . . . Oh being a mother is like nothing else - hard and very trying @ times, and the next hr its the best thing in the world playing and enjoying really watching her grow before my eyes. . . .
