You Just Never Know

I've been doing this blog for a while, mainly its just an outlet for me to get thoughts out, to share the few things that I know or am learning. I don't think of myself as any kind of poetic writer - I leave that up to the people that get paid to do that - I'm just telling my thoughts. I have no clue who reads this, but thats not why I do this. 

Is it nice to know that people care about what we have to say? 

Yes! 

Is it nice to know that others care about what You have to say?

Yes!

I think about Twitter, and Facebook, and all the other social networks and laugh - b/c we think people really care about what we have to say/think/are doing/eat/breathing. We really think people care! 

I tweet a lot - Mark picks on my and says he knows what I'm doing all the time b/c I'm always posting - I'm on FB a lot too, so I laugh @ this too b/c its silly. 

Who cares? 

Who cares what I'm doing right now? 

I mean really - 

who cares that @ this moment I'm writing this blog & watching the Jets/Pittsburgh game w/ Mark?

No one. 

But this blog of mine, I'm learning in small and surprising ways, is being enjoyed and laughed over, and even thought provoking to some.

I revived a sweet email this afternoon from my mother in law that said some very encouraging things. You just never know sometimes what your actions/words can do for someone else.

You just never know.

Its nice to know that people care. 

Its nice to know that people enjoy reading what you have to say.

Its nice to know that you matter to someone else.

Its nice to know, even when you don't know, that you have an impact on others.

You do matter!
