Raise your hand if you like to floss? Raise your hand if you are really good at doing this and sticking to it all year long - not just the few weeks before you go to the dentist, or the few weeks after.
I'm neither. I only floss if I get something caught in my teeth. But recently I was talking to someone who mentioned how much they liked the flossers and that it was much easier for them to keep up w/ flossing that way. I thought why not give it a try - and I too agree that this is the way to go!
No more winding floss around your finger and trying to get to those back teeth or trying to shove your whole fist in your mouth. No more awkward head tilting and cutting circulation off from your little fingers. These things are great! Its like a tooth pick and floss all in one! Just to be clear I'm not a tooth pick kind of girl, but I am now a flossers kind of girl. They even have fun and bright colors for kids.
So far I've been doing much better @ flossing using these little things, and I intended to keep at it. My next step will be to find a dentist and go in for a check up, only I don't want to hear them say 'you should floss!' I want to hear, 'good job, you've been flossing haven't you?!'
You can pick this great product up @ any local pharmacy, I'm using the CVS brand and my only dislike for them is that I couldn't find Oral B Glide Flosser. That would be my preference, but I'm doing better using this than I was using the Glide floss by itself.
I've been using the flosser picks for years now, and that's how I keep up with regular flossing. And I prefer that they are NOT minty ;-)
ReplyDeleteYes I agree - I don't really want any flavors on my floss either : )
