Its been a while sense my last 'Rebeccamendation' so today we're talking cold remedies.
Cold-EEze cough drops!
I've used these great little cold stoppers twice now and they work! No joke. They have zinc ions which help stop and shorten you common cold. Not only do they have some tasty flavors - cheery and my new favorite tropical fruit - they really work! Did I mention they are pretty reasonably priced as well. They aren't just a cough drop - they are cold reducers!
The last two times I've taken them at the first signs of a cold - you know that annoying tickle in the back of my throat, and my nose starts to run a little more than normal. When taken in the first 48hr of the first signs of a cold, it can reduce, shorten and fight off what could be that nasty cold.
